We give our best effort to give you an honest estimate of the total costs before we begin work. We are considerably less per hour than niche contractors and yet we provide the quality work and the professionalism that you just don’t see in the service industry. The key to getting the biggest bang for your buck is to have at least an hour’s work of work for us to do, so create your list and give us a call!
It is our mission to provide affordable maintenance and repair services with quality workmanship and extreme professionalism. It is important to us to communicate with you, show up on time and finish a project when we say we will.
I have some exterior wood rot on the trim pieces around some of the windows and the garage. I need the trim replaced and any sealing/cauking done to the windows.
I may have some other things I need done as well.
