   I am leasing my house in Lee’s Summit beginning Nov 10th. I need a light fixture hung in the dining room (already purchased) and a remote installed for the family room ceiling fan/light (already installed but lost remote). I also need the garbage disposal repaired and 6 bags of trash and brush already pulled and dead on the side of the house removed.
